1. Use of the service

MinFestivalCamp provides a platform where users can create festival camps, add camp members, share information, and interact with other festival-goers.

You may only use the service for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law. It is not permitted to:

• Upload offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system.
• Misuse the service in any way.

2. Account and user content

You are responsible for your own account and all content you share on the platform. Keep your login details confidential.

By sharing content on MinFestivalCamp, you grant us the right to display it on the service. You retain all intellectual property rights to your content.

3. Free service

MinFestivalCamp is free to use. We do not charge for creating a profile, a camp, or joining a camp. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but will always communicate this clearly in advance.

4. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the platform available and secure, but cannot guarantee complete error-free or uninterrupted operation — especially during periods of high load at festivals.

MinFestivalCamp is not liable for content created by users or actions taken by camp members.

5. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time via the profile settings in the app. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed in accordance with our privacy policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

6. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Danish courts.
