Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how MinFestivalCamp handles your data when you use the app or visit minfestivalcamp.dk.

MinFestivalCamp is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. If you have questions, please contact us at contact@minfestivalcamp.dk.

2. What data do we collect?

We only collect data you provide yourself when you:

Create a user profile.
Create or join a camp.
Share content and interact with other users.
Sign up for notifications.

We do not collect cookies or other tracking data on the marketing site.

3. How do we use your data?

We use your data to:

Deliver and improve the service.
Enable interaction between users in camps.
Send relevant push notifications, if you have given permission.
Comply with legislation and ensure service operation.

4. Storage and security

Your data is stored securely in data centres within the EU/EEA. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the following rights as a MinFestivalCamp user:

Right to access your data.
Right to rectification of incorrect data.
Right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten").
Right to restriction of processing.
Right to data portability.
Right to object to processing.

6. Account and data deletion

You can delete your account at any time directly in the app under Menu → Account → Delete account. When you delete your account:

Your personal data (name, email, profile picture and phone number) is anonymised immediately.
All active sign-in methods, including Apple Sign-In, are revoked.
Your membership of all camps is removed.
Your session data and notification settings are deleted.

Content you have shared (posts, comments, etc.) remains visible on the platform but is shown anonymously as "[deleted user]".

If you want full deletion of your content, please contact us at contact@minfestivalcamp.dk.

7. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing or other purposes without your consent. We may share data if required to comply with applicable legislation or a court order.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via the app or email. The latest version is always available on this page.
